Operations

Our current operations range from oilfield projects in Qiqihar (Heilongjiang Province of the PRC) and Tunisia (North Africa). We are actively seeking for new oil & gas exploration and exploitation opportunities.

Tunisia Operations

Tunisia's upstream oil industry is modest with 3 main oil producing fields: El Borma, Ashtart and Sidi el Kilani while the principal gas fields are the El Borma field. Tunisia has proven reserves of oil of 308 million barrels in 2006. According to the US Department of Energy, Tunisia possesses over 300 million barrels in proven oil reserves with the estimated recoverable reserves being even higher than that.

The Ministry of Industry regulates the oil industry in Tunisia. The state owned petroleum company is L'Enterprise Tunisienne d'Activités Petrolieres (ETAP) while the Société Nationale de Distribution du Pètrole (SNDP) is the national distribution and marketing company.ETAP was established by the Tunisian government in 1972 to manage the oil and natural gas exploration and production activities.  It has successfully attracted foreign firms to fund oil explorations, including various companies from Kuwaiti, Sweden, UK, Canada and etc.

Tunisia has five oil export terminals on the Mediterranean coast. The largest of these is La Skhirra, on the Gulf of Gabes.  A 22,000 bbl/d, 78-mile pipeline between the Sidi El Kilani oil field and La Skhirra was inaugurated in March 2001
